Key To Our Hearts Adult Family Home will provide a confidential, safe, comfortable, supervised and home-like living environment for all residents. We will maintain our resident’s independence to the fullest extent possible. Key to Our Hearts Adult Family Home provides care to help maximize the quality of life of each of our residents, and we will attempt to meet the social, behavioral and emotional needs of each resident in which we serve. We will uphold the rights of every individual in which we provide care and/or services for.

· Home cooked meals
· Laundry facility
· Medication administration
· 24 hour on site care

· Daily activities
· Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming and bathing
· Assisting and training residents in daily living skills such as meal planning and preparation, laundry, and household chores
· Assisting residents in understanding and expressing their emotions and feelings, focusing on building good self-esteem and a sense of self worth
“Private Pay Clients”
Private clients pay on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Some insurances can cover the costs for your stay at Key to our Hearts Adult Homes. To find out more information on Private pay please contact La Keala Pierce.
“Contracted Clients”
Contracted clients are obtained directly from Milwaukee County. We provide temporary housing services for people that are apart of the Milwaukee Country family advocacy programs. To enroll in our services through this program please contact La Keala Pierce.
Enjoy your home away from home with Key to our hearts. We provide temporary residency for ambulatory and non ambulatory clients. We are contracted through Milwaukee County, and provide private Pay options.
